Order recently made by Mr. Justice Bray, confirming my broth-

er's and my rights to the Trade Marks registered in Hongkong.

and directing their assignment by us to Messrs. Arnhold Bros.

& 00. Ltd. I trust to hear from you shortly that steps have

been taken as suggested by me to advise the Governor at Hongkong

of the effect of Mr. Justice Bray's Judgment, and to ensure
